First ever (gold NYC) Women's Club Medal of Honor
Crushed (hard) Morocco Leather binder, as used by U.S. Government on its Treaty documents. Richly-gilted embellishment,
by Beck & Son, (Stockholm) who made the Swedish Diplomas from their inception until the mid-1960's (and, for Physics, Chemistry, and Economics, until the early 1970's); post-Beck Diplomas have plain covers with Laureate's name in a plain font.
Hand-painted onto streched vellum; weighs 31.7 ounces (900 g.); each panel is 11 3/8 x 15 1/4 inches (29 x 38.5 cm.) larger than the post-Beck panels, which are each 23 x 35 cm.
Chadwick's is the only Nobel diploma ever for sale on the world-wide web, the only Physics diploma ever for sale, and the only Nobel diploma ever for sale which is embellished to this extent. Price available upon request.
Comments on Chadwick's Nobel Diploma, by Dr. Burton Feldman, author of The Nobel Prize: a History of Genius, Controversey, and Prestige (Arcade, 2000) , in a letter to J. Schramek, 10 June 2001
"The portfolio you sent me of Chadwick's Nobel diploma is simply exquisite . Thanks very much for sending it. I have seen many reproductions of the diplomas, but your packet is as close as I have ever come to handling one. And it's an eye opener. They can stand by themselves for beauty , apart from the Nobel link. The tooling is remarkable . Each diploma obviously must be done by hand - I can't believe any machine could produce such a work of art. And they are so classically simple and elegant."

for Einstein's Nobel Prize diploma, at the website of the Hebrew University,
Cypher expresses Laureate's initials
Above is the front exterior of the 1961Medical Prize Diploma of G. von Békésy ; note the lack of the elaborate gilting by the edges and corners , and around the circumference of the cypher, as contrasted with the elaborate gilting on the Chadwick diploma . Einstein's similarly lacks the elaborate gilting on the Chadwick diploma .

Most Nobel Diplomas we have seen (in Institutions, e.g. Fermi's and James Franck's at th e University of Chicago ) are warped in various ways; thus we call attention to the condition of Chadwick's.

Together with Chadwick's Nobel Prize medal, the Nobel presentation book and Chadwick portrait photo ; the accompanying archive of related books and research dossiers; and the accompanying group of other Nobel Prize Medals struck by Royal Swedish Mint, the Chadwick Nobel package constitutes a ready-made museum exhibit.
An Interview about Sir James Chadwick's Nobel Prize group, with J. Schramek, was shown on Swedish Television, during (the intermission of) the nationawide telecast of the Nobel Prize ceremonies, on 10 December 2006. Your computer will probably need Macromedia Flash player; t o play , click on the photo above. If audio starts when page first loads, it will be replaced (if you click on the rectanglar photo above) after c. 30 seconds, by a new window which plays video. If your browser does not play the clip in the rectangle above, click on the arrow (to the left) in the web studio player to the right. These complications stem from the exotic format into which the interview was put before the disk was sent from Sweden to J. Schramek.

Neither Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, nor George Soros are known to own any Nobel Prize diplomas , (let alone one of the importance of Chadwick's) despite the massive wealth of each man.
